Autorenporträt
Geboren in Frontino, Antioquia, Colombia, in 1947, van beroep ingenieur, hoogleraar wiskunde aan de Nationale Universiteit, schreef een roman, "Redada", gepubliceerd in Medellín in 1990, een verhalenbundel, "Señales de paso", gepubliceerd in 2018, en verschillende essays over onderwerpen van verhalende en politieke geschiedenis van Colombia.
