The mechanism of material removal is based on Faraday's law of electrolysis. It is one of the best alternatives for producing complex shapes in advanced materials used in aircraft and aerospace industries. Performance of machining setup is evaluated on the basis of optimum material removal rate (MRR). In the present work, the effect of various input parameters with response has been studied. The experiments are conducted by varying the various process parameters .Voltage, electrolyte concentration, and electrolyte temperature are considered as input parameters whereas MRR is the response parameter.
