Besjana (Imer) Rexhepi nasceu a 11 de Setembro de 1991 em Ramjan, uma aldeia da cidade de Vitia no Kosovo. Terminou a sua educação primária no seu município como excelente estudante. Depois terminou os estudos na Faculdade de Educação, Mestrado em Pedagogia e Ciências Políticas. Agora é candidata ao doutoramento em Skopje, Macedónia.
