P.Pande é um Psicólogo Clínico. Fez o seu Pós-Graduação em Psicologia Médica e Social, do Instituto Nacional de Saúde Mental e Neurociências, Bangalore, Índia. Recebeu o seu PhD em Psicologia da Universidade de Madras, Chennai, Índia. Trabalhou em vários projectos no All India Instituto de Ciências Médicas, Nova Deli.
