Child abuse has lifelong consequences for the health and well-being of children, families, communities, and nations. Some scientific literature indicates that children who are victims of violence are at risk of experiencing difficulties as a result of the violence they experience, hence the importance of prevention. However, it is relevant that the programs involved in this preventive fight are regularly evaluated in order to promote their effectiveness. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of the ESPACE program from the perspective of parents of children who participated in the program. The study aims to gain a better understanding of how children's knowledge and skills change after participating in the ESPACE program workshops. Qualitative data were collected through individual interviews and a focus group with parents of children who participated in the ESPACE program workshops during the 2019-2020 school year. The analysis of what the parents interviewed hadto say led to the conclusion that the ESPACE program had a positive impact.
