Shamit Saggar is currently Professor of Political Science at the University of Sussex; Visiting Professor of Public Policy at the University of Toronto; Non-executive Chairman of the Legal Complaints Service of the Law Society of England & Wales; Senior Associate at Demos; and Senior Fellow of the 21st Century Trust. He has held international visiting appointments at Yale University, UCLA, NYU, Notre Dame University, Oxford University, ANU, and University of Western Australia . He has also worked with several UK think-tanks including IPPR, Demos, the Royal Society for the Arts, the Hansard Society, the Foreign Policy Centre, the Fabian Society, and the Citizenship Foundation.
