The research "Life around the Park: Environmental Education along the paths of ethicsThe "Complexity and Transdisciplinarity" was carried out with residents of communities around the Morro da Manteigueira Municipal Natural Park, in Vila Velha, ES, Brazil.The objective of this research was to identify spaces for community learning that would present reflections, activities and discursive practices focused on socio-environmental issues in the region.The result was eleven stories, analyzed with a focus on aspects that reveal the socio-environmental junctions and disjunctions of the region, symbolic aspects of the subjects' imaginary, in addition to bringing perspectives to Environmental Education. The stories gathered presented a great potential of reconnection between the subjects, their history, their community and their environment.
