Vocational education is an instrument intended to equip a person for industrial and commercial occupation. In Ethiopia the objective of national TVET strategy is to create a competent, motivated, adaptable and innovated work force contributing to poverty reduction. In order to alleviate poverty and achieve sustainable development with equity, both men's and women's interest must be equally reflected. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program is taken as one of the programming strategic plan of education policy for alleviating educational crises in the country. In vocational areas male and females participation tends to take different courses. Participation of female is highly concentrated on the traditionally known as soft courses. In this regard this book briefly examined the participations of female trainees in TVET colleges in South Wollo Zone in relation to the support given where library usage, renting houses, sexual harassment, tutorial support and its implementation, guidance and counseling service. There fore, the book is vital to provide valuable information for practitioners and experts on the existing participation of female trainees.
