The purpose of this study is to shed light on some of these problems, providing the much needed insight and subsequent advice to those pastors serving the churches. Through a vast and careful review of existing literature on the subject matter, this study seeks to examine recurrent leadership problems that continue to press church pastors, thereby inferring and recommending on the appropriate interventions in light of these challenges.
