Forstwirtschaftlicher Agraringenieur, der seit 1985 in der Abteilung für Wasser und Wälder (Marokko) tätig ist. Derzeit Leiter der Abteilung für Forstplanung Autor des Buches "La question forestière au Maroc et enjeux de gouvernance territoriale (2017)". Co-Autor der Bücher "Le Grand livre de la Forêt marocaine"; "le Cèdre de l'Atlas: Mémoire du temps" (Das große Buch des marokkanischen Waldes).
