While most Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)programs are sponsored by hospitals or human service institutions, most CPE students eventually serve as pastors in congregations. Karl Van Harn is an ACPE Supervisor who has supervised seminary students, chaplains, and pastors in their process of becoming effective pastors and leaders. He serves as Pastor of Congregational Life at Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church in Jenison, Michigan. He is a graduate of Calvin Seminary (M.Div.) and Western Seminary (D.Min.).
