Nephrology in general and paediatric nephrology in particular is an acute problem for the Republic of Uzbekistan. The increasing incidence of kidney disease in children in recent decades and the early disability of patients necessitates a study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of their development. Congenital renal malformations and dysmetabolic nephropathies are particularly rampant. The study of their etiological and pathogenetic features in children is one of the urgent problems of paediatrics. The condition of homeostatic kidney functions, cytomembrane stability and connective tissue indexes in healthy and sick children with nephropathies is elucidated. Correlation analysis of the studied indexes allowed the author to present the scheme of stages of dysmetabolic nephropathy development with oxalate-calcium crystalluria in the familial inherited instability of cytomembranes. Peculiarities of adaptive changes in tubular functions during stress testing in children with nephropathies in the climatic and geographical conditions of Uzbekistan are given, which is important to consider when treating them.
