Brian McHarg was born in Reading, England in 1949. Together with his second wife Lesley, they have five children and eleven grandchildren. After retiring as a Managing Director of an electronics company in 2005, he moved to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. It was during the pandemic that, together with the assistance of Lesley, he began writing in earnest. During that period, he also published three small illustrated children s books in his Grandfather s Chest series. This novel, however, is his first full length thriller.
