Dr. Yolanda M. Hardy is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Vice-Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy. She earned the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Toledo in 1999, and the Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University in 2001. Dr. Hardy has provided culturally competent pharmacy care to diverse patient populations in Columbus, Ohio, Boston, Massachusetts, and Chicago, Illinois.
