ROYAL L. PAKHUONGTE has a PhD in New Testament from the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies, Bangalore, India. He teaches New Testament at Trinity College and Seminary, Sielmat, Churachanpur, Manipur, India, and is Assistant Theological Editor for the South Asia Study Bible.
