Author S. M. Ballard lives on Blue Moon Ranch in Pearce with her husband, Brian. Her works have appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines, and she is the author of five historical fiction westerns. She contributes regularly to the Tombstone Times. Authors Anna Nickell and Naaman Nickell used images from private collections, the Sulphur Springs Valley Historical Society, and the Sunsites Community Library to tell the Sunsites story.
