Produktbeschreibung
Inheritance law is also one of the most conservative and reactionary subfields of civil law. Inheritance law reflects the dynamics of the very idea of inheritance in a particular state, connected directly with the idea of ownership and transfer of property. Inheritance by law has been known since long ago and has undergone relatively few changes since then. At the same time, in Russian law until now there are disputes about the definition of the legal category of legal relations of inheritance. Inheritance law, as a sphere of legal relations, is remarkable because it depends not only on the organization of the system of civil legislation, but also on national traditions, notions about worthy and unworthy. In view of this, it is difficult to hope for the creation, for example, of a single Code of the CIS or the Code of Europe in the field of legal regulation of inheritance law.
