In the book the realization of the program for the final products of the textile industry is carried out in the conditions of technical re-equipment of production, transition to new automated equipment, solutions for solutions, high temperatures and pressures, integration of a number of operations and transition to low-waste technology, solutions for cases of using accelerated technological processes are presented.The research consists in the development of a two-level control system of the dosing process in the bleaching of fabrics. In this case at the lower level the question of maintenance of technological parameters of a certain value at an acceptable level is solved, and coordination of actions of technological units is realized at a higher level. An effective algorithm for calculating a compensating device for evaluating the effect of changing the transfer function coefficients of digital regulators is proposed. It is proposed to use SCADA-system to control this technological process. The algorithm of modeling and synthesis of the control system with delay on the basis of dynamic graphical models is proposed, which allows to take into account the effect of delay on the object properties and compensate it.
