Autor colombiano, com uma licenciatura em Filosofia e Teologia e uma pós-graduação em Gestão Educativa e um Mestrado em Educação, com mais de 25 anos de experiência de ensino no Ensino Básico, Secundário e Superior. Trabalha actualmente como professor de investigação na Universidade Santo Tomás, na Colômbia.
