The aim was to establish the strategies deaf learners employ when learning English Language owing to the fact that they cannot hear or speak. The study recommended that the curriculum for the deaf learners be separated from that of regular learners. It also found that deaf learners require more time while learning English Language compared to their regular counterparts along other recommendations. The piece is 265 pages.
