In this text, we intend to reflect on the learning of the mother tongue, together with pedagogical training, since one of the fundamental problems is present in the clash of social voices: this causality is related to the context of Educational Management in relation to linguistic learning, demarcating the sphere of application that the pedagogical practice adopted must be committed to the social and cognitive formation of both the teacher and the student in the school environment. In this way, we understand that Pedagogy, Language Studies and Educational Management consolidate as an important element the triangulation of educational practices in the construction of citizenship and learning, in addition to there being a very important communication between the propositions of public and educational policies that come about from the problems that concern professionals in the field of education, This type of relationship is extremely rich and important in the teaching and learning process, where it is possible to observe that the subject's ideology has direct expression in the social body.
