Antonio ALANÍS HUERTA, hat einen Doktortitel in Naturwissenschaften mit Spezialisierung auf Erziehungswissenschaften von der Universität Caen, Frankreich. Er ist Professor und Forscher für postgraduale Studien im Bildungsbereich an der CAMM; Professor, der von mehreren öffentlichen Universitäten in Mexiko eingeladen wurde. Er hat in 8 Ländern in Europa und Amerika und 4 Mal bei der UNESCO in Paris gesprochen.
