It has been identified through many studies that beginning teachers are complaining about the lack of support by their colleagues and superiors. This book, therefore, provides a new model of peer coaching for the beginning teachers which is founded on equal partnership of coach and coachee who wish to exchange and enrich the existed knowledge and experience, and to improve student learning.

Dr. Abdurrahman Koca, BA in American Studies at International Black Sea University, Georgia; MA in Education Management at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, Georgia; PhD in Education Sciences at International Black Sea University, Georgia. Married with a beautiful psychologist, he has worked as a language educator in several countries.
