Peer learning is an interaction that brings two individuals of the same level to interact, it is a relational system between students. It is to distinguish two means of peer learning: cooperative learning and tutoring, these means have several benefits. For tutoring, it is about academic reinforcement and individualization of teaching. As for cooperative learning, there are cognitive benefits such as memorization and reasoning strategies, as well as socio-affective benefits such as self-esteem. All of these benefits indicate that efforts towards academic success, the quality of relationships between participants are aspects influenced by peer learning, which creates a constructive climate. The type of this study is descriptive qualitative aiming at the description of factors related to peer learning among the multipurpose nursing students. The study setting is the Institute of Health Careers Training in Marrakech. This work targets a population composed of students and teachers, the data collection is done by interview and focus group.
