The adversary, HASAN HAMMAD, principal Jihad antagonist to the Unites States and the free world, by manipulating critical satellites is able to puncture the U.S. defense shield. The earliest indication to the breach is detected by TRACY BAUER, NSA Intel strategist. The protagonist, ALEX BAUER, long time defense analyst and design engineer with DOD and BMO (Ballistics Missiles Office), comes across classified information on EMP and its inherited vulnerability. Whereas EMP, electromagnetic pulsing, is a highly sophisticated process generated by an atomic explosion, it can also be set off through a simple and inexpensive trigger device. What makes it even more detrimental, this science and technology has been hidden from the public eyes since the inception of the atomic bomb. Through vital intelligence leaks and organizational compromises created by current economic conditions, however, North Korea, Pakistan, Iran, and the Jihad have gained knowledge for this once closely guarded secret. The antagonist, manipulating the U.S. defense grid, is setting off a chain of events culminating in a series of confrontations. Our defense and intelligence organizations become intricately involved in the strike, counter strike, retaliation, and reprisal. Each chapter, within the twelve days of global events describe character, initiative, environment, action, reaction, and resolution with strong character support interdependent of each other as presented through the sphere of a global theater. The enemy, in the heart of the nation unleashes a series of assaults through nuclear, chemical and biological means affecting the lives of every citizen across the country. With every defense mechanism rendered ineffective the nation is brought to its knees resulting in an economic Armageddon effecting commerce, power, utilities, communication, banking, finance, Wall Street, transportation, hospital, emergency operation, law enforcement, national defense, government and the military, not to mention the lives of millions of U.S. citizens. What makes the novel unique is the intricate knowledge of the writer in the Intel community, the defense system, and the nation's nuclear strike capability. Furthermore, the story has unique twists not tackled before.

The Author: T. Randall was born, raised and educated in Germany. After graduating as industrial engineer, he sought out his future career in the United States. Starting as lead engineer with the National Engineering Company in Philadelphia, he supported the engineering effort for a number of defense related projects including, Mercury and Gemini space programs for NASA, and Telstar communication satellite space launches for SATCOM. With credits in computer science, he accepted a career opportunity contracting with the Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Communications Agency (DCA), engineering and implementing secure networks for AUTODIN I (NET I), and second generation secure network AUTODIN II (NET II), predecessors to the modern internet. This involvement provided him with the opportunity for interacting with the nation's multitude of intelligence organizations. The last government project was as lead engineer with Lockheed Martin, designing and implementing EMP protection against direct hits from Soviet ICBM to underground launch facilities and missile silos within the Minuteman and Peacekeeper missile defense systems developed for the Strategic Air Command (SAC). After a challenging career of 30 years with the Department of defense, he switching to the commercial sector contracting with Microsoft as technology solution provider then later formed his own business in partnership with Microsoft developing corporate networks and secure computer applications. It was through the Missile Defense design phase where he acquired an intricate knowledge into nuclear physics and its destructive powers with electromagnetic pulsing (EMP). It was this knowledge that provided the foundation for his trilogy series, Pentagon's Hammer. His most renowned work is with a nonfiction book titled INVISIBLE WARRIORS / FULL DISCLOSURE. What started as an Autobiography turned into thirty years of highly classified work for the defense department and military intelligence organizations amidst an army of Invisible warriors where he excelled in various career positions from software programmer to systems analyst, project manager, and on to Intel site management providing the basis for sound career credentials, However, his primary function after a challenging but rewarding career, was to "Set the Record Straight," about the UFO and Alien confusion brought about 75 years ago. What began as an innocent coverup by the Army/Air Core, predecessor to the Air Force, to protect national defense integrity at the Roswell, NM, incidence, turned into a deception not only to the U.S. population but for the entire world. I felt it my mission to correct and educate the world population about the extra-terrestrial myth, Alien encounters, and UFOs. What began as unexplained extra-terrestrial sightings, Alien encounters, abductions, and UFO crash, in the 21 Century turned into a phenomenon that needed an honest and undisputed explanation, as described into detail in FULL DISCLOSURE.
