Tony Oliver is a native of Belfast. He has specialised throughout his life in the management of not-for-profit organisations in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and Africa. His work has been principally in the areas of education, health, arts and culture, sport and citizen's rights. In addition to English, he speaks French, Dutch and more recently, Spanish. His particular skills are: reasoning from first principles; communication; and interpersonal relations.
