This book tries to assess the behavior of the people on single-use plastic carry bags and joins hands with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan unit of our college to find a practical alternative to single-use plastic carry bags. This book discusses the introductory concepts and methodology of the study in the first chapter. Chapter two portrays the theoretical framework and review of important earlier works. The impact of plastics on the environment is discussed in chapter three. Chapter four analyzes the primary data collected for the study. Chapter five tries to find the alternatives available for plastic carry bags. Findings, suggestions, and conclusion are portrayed in chapter six.

El autor trabaja actualmente como profesor asistente en el MTN College, Madurai. Ha publicado 12 artículos de investigación en diferentes revistas. Ha presentado 18 trabajos de investigación en conferencias y seminarios. Ha impartido 11 conferencias especiales en varios institutos. Ha sido coordinador de la UBA (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan) de la universidad, financiada por el Ministerio de Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos de la India.
