The purpose of this work was to explore the perceptions of parents,teachers,students and SMC members towards the female principals of their schools. Kalpana Rimal is a young researcher. She did her Master¿s Degree in Education in Educational Management. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Phil Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kathmandu University. Her research interest is in the interface between education and gender.
