Dr Frank Mbaaga Kakinda holds a PhD in Sociology, an MSc in Psychology, and a BSc in Psychology/Chemistry. Formerly a Senior Lecturer at Makerere University, Dr Frank is now the Vice Chancellor of St Lawrence University. He is a specialist in Research Methods and Statistics. He is also the author of Principles and Practice of Social Research.
