The hospitality industry has played a very influential role in creating these bridges and as such, understanding the perceptions of future employees is key to continual growth. This paper aims to understand the perceptions of employment prospects in the Hospitality industry of Malaysia. By understanding the root cause of the perceptions that graduates have, industry professionals (commercial and educational) can utilize the findings of this study to improve turnover rates in employment.
