The purpose of this book is to provide information on the perception that patients hospitalized in the gynecology service have about the treatment, attention and care provided by the nursing staff.By measuring the patients' perception of the attention and care, it is possible to provide useful information to understand or predict the patient's behavior. This will not only allow the development of a closer relationship with the patient, but will also contribute to identify, analyze, and evaluate the problems or situations that generate dissatisfaction with the nursing care process and to define and promote the necessary preventive and/or corrective measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
