Insurance needs are constantly evolving. Insurers have to rapidly respond to these changing requirements with new products. To further differentiate themselves, insurance companies will have to constantly raise the bar of customer service. Hence, it is important to study the perception of the policyholders towards the services rendered by their insurance companies to respond to their needs.
