New emerging technologies provide learners with new tools to support learning globally. However, the use of mobile technologies for learning in Nigeria is lagging behind. There is therefore need to investigate the perception of undergraduates on the adoption of mobile technologies for learning in South-west, Nigeria. The objectives of this study were to investigate: (i) undergraduates' perception towards the usefulness, ease of use, attitude and intention to use mobile technologies for learning (MTFL); (ii) the relationships that exist among undergraduates perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude and intention to use MTFL; (iii) undergraduates' gender towards perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude and intention to use MTFL. The study concluded that there were significant relationships among perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude and intention of undergraduates to use MT for learning. However, no significant difference existed among all the variables based on gender. The implication is that MT can greatly influence students' learning in Nigerian universities. The study therefore recommended that gender inequality should not be considered in the implementation of mobile.
