Teaching-Practicum plays a central role in the process of the development of student-teachers¿ professional skills, however teacher educators¿ experiences are under studied. Qualitative research methodology was used to get teacher educators¿ views on various aspect of teaching practicum. This research study is phenomenological study. For the present study five faculty educators were accessed for interviews. The educators were from a public sector university in GB. After gathering data, it was organized and carefully read many times. Thematic content analysis technique was used for analyzing the data. Findings of the study showed teachers¿ educators highly recognized the unavoidable role of teaching practicum what practicum is a great source of proving teachers a number of real life experience. Teacher educators used encouraging verbal feedback. They perceived that teaching practicum develops practical skills of student teacher which will be helpful for practical life. Teacher educators reported that due to overload they find it difficult to provide feedback to students individually.
