Noha Abd El_Salam El_Shalaby was born in Egypt-Tanta on November 15, 1975. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Communications and Electronics engineering from the Tanta, Egypt, in 1998 and 2005, respec tively, and studying Ph.D. degree in Communications and Electronics engineering in Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Menoufia University, Egy
