This book holds significance for various audiences; it could help Educational leadership in strengthening TPA and it could also enable Heads for Regional School Development Units, Academic Coordinators and School Heads in further improving appraisal process. And for other researchers, this book could give a kick-start on exploration of TPA as professional development tool for teachers.

Author Taj-un-Nisa Karim completed her M.Ed. (E.L.M) from AKU-IED. She has done her Masters and B.Ed. from University of the Punjab, currently works as Academic Advisor at AKES, P, Gilgit-Baltistan. She worked as Head-Regional School Development Unit-Hunza for 5 years. She has been writing articles in local newspapers in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
