The aim of this research work is to examine performance appraisal and employees productivity. To undertake this aim, three objectives with their underlying hypotheses were designed and assessed by quantitative and qualitative research design. To set background information on the proposed hypotheses, theoretical, conceptual and empirical related literature were reviewed and most of the literature finding implies that performance appraisal had a significant influence on employees' productivity.

Alabi Stephen hails from Ososo,Akoko Edo LGA,Edo State,Nigeria.He attended Ososo Primary School,Ososo and Ososo Grammar School, Ososo for his primary and secondary education.He holds Bsc.in Botany from University of Jos,Plateau State in 1999.He also obtained his PGD in Management and Master degree in B/ Administration from ATBU,Bauchi in 2000-2002.
