Dr. Nilay Saha (born in 1967), Associate Professor, Dept.of Commerce, Mrinalini Datta Mahavidyapith (www.mdmbirati.org), Kolkata-700051, West Bengal, India, obtained his Ph.D.Degree from the University of Calcutta on ¿Social Audit of Advertising¿ in 1997.Dr. Saha successfully completed two research projects funded by the UGC,New Delhi, Inda.
