Mr. Bernard Kamanda currently works as University Librarian at Inoorero University Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Masters of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree and a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and has 13 years experience in library and information management having previously worked in the NGO and private sectors.
