The topic of this paper is the measuring and monitoring system and reward system of Business Developer unit of Slovak Telekom.

After studying at the University of Economics in Bratislava (graduation 1999) the author has worked for Slovak Telekom on various managerial positions in both marketing and sales areas. In 2012 he graduated ¿with honors¿ at Vienna University of Economic and Business, WU Executive Academy, program Professional MBA Marketing & Sales.
