Our world is getting more complicated, companies are mainly due to globalization bigger and more multifaceted and all aspects of our lives are more complex. In the same time customers' demands are increasing, willingness to pay premium prices is limited and demands of shareholders push organizations towards increased internal efficiency. Operationalization of the long-term strategic initiatives has never been an easy task, but since the size of organizations is increasing and its agendas are more complex it is getting even more complicated. The topic of this paper is the measuring and monitoring system and reward system of Business Developer unit of Slovak Telekom.
