Salih mustafa Atroshey graduated from University of Sulaimania (1979). His PG Diploma, MSc& PhD Degrees from University of Mosul(1982, 1984 & 2007) respectively. He published several papers and participated in conferences & published four books in Arabic Language. He is a staff member of Electrical & Computer Dep. University of Duhok, Kurdistan.
