Thamer M. Jamel was born in Baghdad , Iraq in 1961. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree ,a Master's degree , and a Doctoral degree a in digital communications engineering from Iraq in 1997 . Professor Jamel have more than 35 published papers ( including ISI Journals ) . His Research Interested on Adaptive Digital Signal Processing .
