It provides them with a foundation for awarding rewards, assessing training and development requirements, and career planning. In light of this, the author intends to write this book to cover the Performance Management System. It is divided into six chapters that explain the process of the Performance management system, the concept of performance evaluation, methods of performance evaluation, the role of the evaluator, and the challenges of the performance management system.

Dr. Wasantha Rajapakshe is an Associate Professor in the SLIIT Business School at Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). Her research interests include Human Behavior, Human Resource Management, SME, and Organizational Management.
