The agriculture is the backbone of economic growth of India. It provides employment to huge populace of India directly or indirectly. Because of its significance contribution in economic development of India, the government initiates many agriculture credit scheme. It helps farmers to meet its farm related financial requirement from formal sources of finance. The current book focuses on measuring performance of selected agriculture credit schemes from the perspective of farmers. It covers three schemes which are Kisan Credit card, Crop Loan, and Interest Subvention Scheme. The performance of the schemes has been measured based on data collected from primary as well as secondary sources.
