It also theorizes the linkages of the trade to Transnational Terrorism. Policy measures provided should therefore help West African governments to work in partnerships with international partners in confronting the drug trade.

Binneh s Minteh es un ex teniente primero de las Fuerzas Armadas de Gambia. Asistió a la Escuela de Mando de las Fuerzas Terrestres de Turquía, en Estambul, y a la Escuela de Oficiales de la Gendarmería Turca, en Ankara. Binneh es licenciado en MIS y tiene un máster en Asuntos Globales por la Universidad de Nueva York. Actualmente es candidato a doctor en Asuntos Globales en la Universidad de Rutgers, Nueva Jersey.
