Management of non contained infrabony periodontal defect architecture remains a challenging task for regenerative periodontics. Various treatment modalities have been proposed for obtaining optimal result in this senario but contradictory results have been found in literature. This book describes clinical and radiological effects of decalcified freeze dried bone allograft, polylactic acid polyglycolic acid barrier membrane as combined periodontal regenerative technique, and local doxycycline for noncontained infrabony defects.
