Pastor Hernan Castano has pastored Rivers of Oil Church (Rios De Aceite) in Houston for the past sixteen years. He and his wife, Wendy, make their home in Houston, Texas. Pastor Hernan is Hispanic Church Development Director for the Texas Pastoral Council.
