About the author: Dr. Craig Thomas Follins is the president of Northeast Lakeview College in San Antonio, Texas (one of the five Alamo Colleges). He is the former president of Olive-Harvey College (one of the City Colleges of Chicago). Dr. Follins resides in San Antonio and is a frequent visitor to Houston, Texas.
