Bruce Flareau, MD, is President of BayCare Physician Partners, a clinically integrated network in Tampa Bay. He also leads clinical leadership and Quality teams as the Executive Vice President of Physician Services at BayCare Health System, a leading health system in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Flareau has been a national and international speaker on a variety of health care topics, including clinical, academic, administrative, information technology, leadership development and healthcare reform. He also has written a variety of published articles, book chapters and books. Most recently, he co-authored the book, "The Six P's of Physician Leadership: A Primer for Emerging and Developing Leaders."
