Robert T. Palmer is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Howard University. Mykia Olive Cadet is the CEO and President of Education Acquisition Group where she provides consultation and thought partnering services to business executives across the nation Kofi LeNiles is a PhD candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Howard University. Joycelyn L. Hughes is an Associate Director of Tutoring and Learning Support with the Office of Undergraduate at Howard University.
